Demitrius Lam

Demitrius hails from years of experience in multiple industries. He graduated from Australia and began his career in the advertising industry specialising in design and marketing of products and services. He has worked in adverting firms like McCann Erickson (Malaysia), Blooming Dales Advertising in Malaysia and Urban Associates in Canada.

 

He later joined a management consultancy company called
TMI Consultancy Sdn Bhd. TMI is an internationally networked group of human resource development companies with offices in 36 countries known as Time Manager International. In TMI his responsibilities were in management and operations and he is also a TMI trained personal effectiveness consultant and trainer. After TMI he joined Bitumen Bales as their senior manager in charge of international sales with experience spanning to countries like China, Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Germany, USA, Sri Lanka and India.

Upon leaving Bitumen Bales, Demitrius joined ChuanPlus
Industries, a Malaysian chemical manufacturer as the General Manager overseeing all aspects of the company directly reporting to its owner and managing director. In this capacity he also oversee the operations and management of ChuanPlus factory in Vietnam, Sales and Trading Offices in Cambodia, Hong Kong and China. He is an adapt manager in operations, managing human resources and strategic planning and marketing planning.

Demitrius is also the executive director of two companies; one involved in technology solutions and Creative Child Development Sdn Bhd, a children enrichment and development company and Malaysia‘s master license holder of the international brand Bricks4Kidz. He is the co-inventor of a specialised rodent monitoring system for pest control and the inventor of the selfrechargeable re-windable kinetic energy charging system.
